As every River Ridge Fairways
homeowner knows (or should know)
the C C & R's governing our association require that each home is
painted one of the
approved color schemes.
There are two different books you may borrow
and use to help with your paint color decisions. The New Palette
Color Scheme books contain only the new colors. The legacy
color schemes are in the complete Color Schemes binders. Call or
email Suzy Strople (805 642-0995;ams.strople@amsrealtyinc.com)
at AMS to put you in contact with a member of the Architectural
Committee to borrow either of the color scheme books.

Front door handles
Our front door handles are unique because they are
interconnected handlesets with deadbolt and thumbturn
locking. Turning interior knob/lever unlocks both
locking mechanisms.The manufacturer is Weslock who makes
the Lexington 1400 Series Entry Handle - Interconnect

Swimming pool and spa hours are
7:00a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
The gate must be closed at all
times. Close
and lock the gate when entering or leaving the area.
Children under the age of 14 are
not allowed to use the pool without an adult in
attendance

When is trash pickup? How do I know
whether I should put out the recycle can or the green waste
can?
Monday is trash pickup day. Oxnard uses a
3 Cart System. The
Collection Schedule helps insure we put out the correct
cans for pickup.

Meetings
 |
Meetings are held at the Clubhouse, 2300 Laurel Valley Place, 7:00 p.m.
Typically the meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of the
month. Everyone should come at least once to see the fine
job the board of directors is doing. If more people came on a
regular basis, maybe we could even start serving refreshments. |

Garage Sale Info & Photos
 |
Each year the Homeowner's Associations of River
Ridge, River Ridge Fairways, Peters Ridge, Cypress Pointe and
Windsor North gather together for one glorious Giant Garage Sale.
Traditionally the garage sale is held on the Saturday after Labor
Day. This years date has not yet been decided. The
event will be advertised in the Star newspaper as well as on a local
radio station. Signs and banners will be placed throughout the
communities alerting folks to the fantastic selection and bargains
to be had.
