Club House Rental
Information and Rental Form
The River Ridge Fairways
clubhouse is available for rental for a non-refundable
charge of $50, payable by check. There is a deposit of
$250 required.(Rental of the clubhouse now
includes use
of the gas barbeque grill.)

Clubhouse rental entitles the renter
exclusive use of the recreation room and
kitchen facilities. The other
homeowners are still entitled to use the
pool, spa, etc.

Use of the gas barbecue grill requires
completion of the Barbecue Instructions Form
and receipt of the key to the grill padlock
-
The BBQ is powered by natural gas.
There are no lava rocks or ceramic
tiles required (there are flavor bars
instead).
DO NOT add charcoal,
wood or other material.

When hanging
banners or signs on the walls use the
supplied blue painters tape, not
duct tape. (Blue tape is hanging
on the refrigerator door handle)

A maximum of 25 guests is allowed
-
There is a 6 hour time limit and no event
may extend past 9:00p.m.with clean-up to be
completed by 12 p.m. of the following day

No live music, bands or disc jockeys are
allowed
-
Youth under the age of 14 must be supervised
by an adult resident
-
Cleanup is to be done immediately after the
use of the clubhouse

Kitchen facilities
include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, cook top, gas barbecue grill and sink. Inside
there are folding tables and chairs. The patio is
equipped with chairs, tables and
chaise lounges. There are restrooms
with showers. Recreational facilities
include use of the pool and spa, tennis
court, basketball, volleyball court.
